The following Return Policy only applies to online wholesale purchases made through Sooften Wholesale;

All returns must be authorized first by Email, after that period, it will be considered void.

​

• Wrong product - If customer received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 5 business days and we shall arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we shall ship you the correct product or issue you a full credit (including shipping fees).

Defective product - We do not offer any refund or exchange for damaged merchandises. It's the carrier company's responsibility.
